Turn-ons: I am a sucker for a great sense of humor, good conversations, and a positive attitude. I appreciate a man that enjoys being active and takes care of himself.
Turn-offs: Laziness, dishonesty, the victim mindset, smoking cigarettes, and bad hygiene.
Favorite Food: Peanut butter
Favorite Color: Glitter
Favorite Music: EDM
Favorite Books/Magazines: I love a good mystery or thriller.
Favorite Movies: Varsity Blues, Anchor Man, Dumb and Dumber, 300
Dream Vacation: Anywhere with a beach and clear blue water.
Dream Car: I am not much of a car person. Any SUV is fine. The transportation I fantasize about is having a private jet. What can I say, I dream big.
Ambitions: I would love to have my own cooking show one day. I think TV has tons of programs with amazingly talented hosts, but none of them cater to athletes, competitors, or people trying to improve their fitness.

3 words to describe yourself:
Optimistic
Hyperactive
Kind
What do you do for fun: Snowboard, surf, scuba dive, golf, spend time with friends, travel.
Do you have any interesting hobbies: I like to make things. Anything crafty like painting, sewing, knitting and cooking or DIY projects around the house.
Pet peeves: Clutter and messiness. People who are flakes. Unnecessary drama.
What is your daily routine like: Go, go, go. Everyday is different, but between teaching group fitness classes, training clients, running errands, writing, working out, walking the dog, living life… there is no down time.
Do you have any piercings or tattoos: Yes and yes… several.
Have you ever been arrested or been served a restraining order: No
What was the craziest thing you’ve ever done:
When my publishers approached to write my cookbook, I had to create 160 recipes and 2 introductory chapters all in under 6 weeks. I have no idea how I pulled it off. The whole thing was a big blur of endless day in the kitchen, and countless hours at the computer. It was absolutely insanity, but it turned out great, and I could not be more proud of the finished product.
Best and worst pick up line a guy has used on you:
I get SO many weird and creepy ones on social media it’s hard to choose only one, so I am literally copying and pasting the first one that came up…
“I LOVE U MY LOVE U MAKE ME CUM ALOT!!!!! CAN I BUY UR-USED PANTIES?”
Fellas, the best game plan is not to have a line. There’s nothing wrong with “Hi, my name is….”
What kind of guys are you into: Cattle ranchers from Nebraska that Olympic lift
