Bellator women’s flyweight champion Ilima-Lei Macfarlane (8-0) demonstrated her growing star power and rising popularity by drawing strong ratings for her successful title defense at Bellator 201 last Friday.
The Ilima-Lei Macfarlane-Alejandra Lara main event for Bellator 201 delivered 710,000 viewers with a peak of 800,000 viewers.
Fueling the growth was a 17% increase in the key demographic of men aged 18-49 compared to the most recent non-tentpole event.
Overall, Bellator 201 drew 562,000 viewers.
