Dusseldorf, Germany: Elite MMA Championship returns with EMC 6 on October 31st at the UFD training facility. The main event will see the highly anticipated finale of the EMC Welterweight Grand Prix between UFC veteran Ismail Naurdiev (20-4) and the explosive Amiran Gogoladze (11-1).

Both men won their respective semi-finals at EMC 5 on September 5. Naurdiev took a unanimous decision win over Polish prospect Tymoteusz Łopaczyk in an exciting back and forth contest while Gogoladze took just 54 seconds to finish PFL veteran Pavel Kusch with a devastating knee followed by strikes.

At just 24-years-old, Naurdiev is one of the top prospects in the world. He recently completed a four-fight run in the UFC, which saw him score wins over Siyar Bahadurzada and Michel Prazeres, however, he opted to not re-sign with the promotion in order to gain some more experience outside. A win at EMC 6 and capturing the the EMC welterweight title will likely see The Austrian Wonderboy head back to the UFC’s ranks.

Looking to spoil the party though and make a name for himself on the international scene is Amiran Gogoladze. The 22-year-old Georgian is on an impressive six-fight winning-streak, which includes a 4-0 run in M-1, and has won his past three fights via first round knockout. He will see this a chance to register the highest profile win of his young career.

More match-ups and info on EMC 6 will be announced in the coming days.

The event will be live around the world October 31st for fight fans on FITE.tv.
