M System’s Gabriel ‘Fly’ looking to get his team back on track at BRAVE 26

Last week wasn’t a positive one for CM System, one of the biggest MMA teams in the world. At BRAVE 25, three representatives were in action, and two of them lost, including Luan “Miau” Santiago relinquishing his Lightweight world title to Cleiton “Predator”. Another one of CM System’s prodigies, Gabriel “Fly” will take on Jon Zarate in a special Lightweight bout at BRAVE 26, which goes down in Bogota, Colombia, on September 7th.

The show will take place eight days after BRAVE 25, and Gabriel is looking forward to getting his team back on track in Colombia. He was in Belo Horizonte, cornering his teammates and finalizing his preparations for BRAVE 26, and was inspired by his friends, even in defeat.
“What defines a champion is not the amounts of wins and losses, but his ability to face his fears and internal monsters. It wasn’t a good week for our team, but this is all part of the sport. Victories and defeats are a part of our day, whether we like it or not. It was a tough week, but I have to face it head-on and bring home the victory. I’m more motivated than ever by my teammates, and will look to dedicate the win to them”, said Gabriel, a rising star in the BRAVE CF roster.
He will have the chance to be cornered by his head coach, the legendary Cristiano Marcello, as the recent new signing for BRAVE CF will also be in the corner of Felipe Silva, who takes on Dumar Roa in the main event of BRAVE 26.
“Having my master alongside me in the trenches makes all the difference in the world. Felipe and I have worked really hard for these wins, and CM System is ready to take over Colombia!”.
BRAVE 26 takes place at the Coliseo Hernan Jaramillo, in Bogota, on September 7th, with a fight card for the ages, as a few of BRAVE CF’s top international stars mingle with the best Colombian MMA has to offer to form an explosive fight card.
