Brave News #46: Brave 13 full fight card released, Amir Khan visits KHK MMA in Bahrain
Brave News, the online show that keeps fans updated on everything related to the biggest MMA promotion in the Middle East, comes back this week with news from the organization’s first trip to Europe. Brave 13: Europe Evolution had its full fight card released last week. The fight night will feature 28 fighters from 15 nations. The event will take place on 9th June at the SSE Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Brave Combat Federation has concluded the milestone of signing over 200 athletes by far in their 13 fight cards. With Brave 13, the promotion founded under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa has signed 218 fighters from 40 different nations.
Meanwhile, Welterweight contender Jarrah Al-Selawe has responded to his last foe. Tahar Hadbi, who was beaten by “The Jordanian Lion” back at Brave 12, stated that he broke his hand in the first round of their bout, but Al-Selawe bit back, saying that the injury actually happened in the third round.
Egyptian Ahmed Amir has announced that he is back in training and eager to get back to action. He released a video from his training camp at SBG Ireland. And guess who was in the footage alongside “The Butcher”? John Kavanagh and Conor McGregor!
Zach Zane will be featured in the main card of Brave 13 when he takes on Declan Dalton, but the fighter has another career in sports, as he’s a professional surfer as well as an MMA athlete.
Former unified Light-Welterweight world champion in Boxing, Amir Khan visited the KHK MMA gym in Bahrain. During the visit, Amir Khan interacted with Mohammed Shahid, President of Brave Combat Federation and talked with some of the fighters present at the training camp.
